Please find attached the link to the Google Form to enable questions to be raised with senior leaders and to improve communication between home and school.  (Please speak to your child's class teacher as the first port of call, but if they are unable to help, complete this form).

Please provide as much information as possible to enable the Head of School to respond quickly and appropriately.
