Participation in a sensory motor circuit is a great way to support children to regulate so that they are ready to learn. It also supports the development of sensory processing skills. This session is a lesson with targets.
Who may benefit ?
Children who are fidgety
Slow to start work, missing details
Difficulty organising themselves
Passive
Difficulties with coordination and balance
Have sensory differences e.g. stimming or sensory avoidance
Lacking in confidence
Children will be guided through the circuit by Jacqui or Kirsty. This will be recorded on Evidence 4 Learning and a target will be set in next steps for Class Teams to carry out.
